Kamala Harris was caught swearing and joking and drank a beer at a bar in Michigan, apparently forgetting that the media was present.
The presidential candidate was seen sharing a beer with Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer following a rally in the crucial swing state on Saturday.
As the pair chatted, Kamala seemed to momentarily forget that the cameras were rolling and joked that the media was “listening to everything” they were saying.
“Oh, we have microphones here, they’re listening to everything,” the vice president said as she turned her head and noticed the media circus around her.
‘I didn’t realize that. We just told all the family secrets, shit,’ he added, laughing.
Harris then raised a glass to celebrate everyone at the bar in the city of Kalamazoo, which Governor Whitmer was jokingly renaming ‘Kamalazoo’ in honor of the presidential candidate.
It comes after Harris attended a rally alongside Michelle Obama just hours earlier, who told voters that Donald Trump’s “evident mental decline” and his “history as a convicted felon” should be reason enough for Americans to They won’t vote for him.
In her first public appearance during the presidential campaign, the former first lady said she was “angry” at the “indifference” shown toward the behavior of the Republican candidate.
“I hope you’ll forgive me if I’m a little angry because we’re indifferent to his erratic behavior, his obvious mental deterioration, his record as a convicted felon,” she told those present.
‘A well-known slumlord, a predator declared responsible for sexual abuse, all this while we analyze Kamala’s answers in interviews that she doesn’t even have the courage to do.
“So, I’m praying that those of us contemplating voting for Trump or not voting at all will come out of whatever fog we find ourselves in.”
“In any other profession or field, Trump’s criminal record and amoral character would be embarrassing, shameful and disqualifying.”
Meanwhile, Trump himself took the stage about an hour and 40 minutes late at a rally in Pennsylvania as the crowd chanted “bring him here now.”
The Republican candidate had reportedly been detained after recording a three-hour interview with podcaster Joe Rogan earlier that day.
Trump reportedly arrived so late to the rally that boos and groans could be heard from the crowd, and many attendees had left before he arrived.
