HARPERFIELD, NY (WBNG) – The Delaware County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of a Delanson man on Tuesday.
The Sheriff’s Office said it arrested Justin Camilleri, 27, of Delanson, New York. He was charged with assault on a police officer, criminal trespass, resisting arrest and obstruction of government administration.
On December 10, officers were alerted to a report of a disturbance at Stewarts Gas, located at 3 Lake Street in Stamford, New York. Upon arrival, officers said Camilleri refused to leave the establishment, leading to his arrest.
Camilleri was arraigned at a centralized arraignment and processed into the Delaware County Jail, where he was released on his own recognizance.
