The jury also found that on seven counts, Toledo not only possessed child pornography but also possessed it with the intent to promote it.

Authorities say the National Center for Mission and Exploited Children (NCMEC) was alerted to possible sending of child pornography from one Facebook user to another.

NCMEC alerted local authorities, who were able to trace the contents to a dairy farm near Canyon.

Toledo was identified as the suspect and admitted to owning the password-protected devices containing the content.

When authorities investigated, they found several items of child pornography, including the video originally shared on Facebook.

Toledo was sentenced to 50 years in prison and 10 years of probation once he was released from prison.

“The Randall County District Attorney’s Office thanks the Randall County Sheriff’s Office, Canyon Police Department, Amarillo Police Department and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children for their help in stopping the production and dissemination of this deplorable material. ” according to a statement from District Attorney Robert Love.
